Häme University of Applied Sciences has cancelled all international mobility to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Until further notice, no international guests may visit HAMK. Business trips have also been cancelled until further notice. All student and trainee exchanges starting in March and April are cancelled and HAMK is continuously following and assessing the situation.
HAMK has instructed staff members and students coming back from an epidemic area to stay at home for 14 days even if they do not have any symptoms. Students and staff who have a cold or feel unwell are instructed to stay at home. HAMK has advanced technology for distance work and teaching. Students and staff should also avoid organising and participating in large public events as far as possible.
