Guidance at the campus libraries through video
At the HAMK campus libraries of Evo, Forssa, Lepaa, Mustiala, Riihimäki and Valkeakoski there is a new way to receive customer service: Libgo-video advice devices.
Through Libgo, the library assistant can help you with any library matter remotely: video and audio work in both directions. You can reach the library assistant Mon-Fri 9.30 am-12 noon and 1 pm-3 pm by pressing the “Customer service” -button on the info screen in the library facilities.
The info screen’s button makes a call to the library assistant, for whom it may take a few minutes to connect to Libgo. When the connection has been made, the library assistant can give you guidance on any library issue you might have: they can for instance change your PIN code for you or help you search for a book on the shelves.
The Libgos are new to us at the library as well, and we invite you to try them out with us! If customer service through Libgo is not available, you can still reach us by email on email@example.com or by phone during service hours on the number 03 646 4700.
