Delay in sending the entrance exam invitations! (Direct Application)
The invitations for the exam on 11 May will be sent today after 4pm (UTC/GMT +3 hours). There has been a slight delay in sending out the invitations, but we thank for your patience. This information concern applicants, who have applied to HAMK using the Direct Application -method.
The invitations will be sent out from entranceexam@hamk.fi. There will be approximately 500 applicants invited to this exam. However, there are so many applicants that some of them will be invited to the next exam later.

- 24 May 2022
- 25 May 2022
Notice that the registration for 11 May exam will end on this week’s Sunday, 8 May. Also, the pre-task and motivation letter submission for Smart and Sustainable Design opens on next Monday, 9 May. If you receive the invitation for the 11 May exam, please register to the exam as soon as you can.
The admission office is very busy so any questions about the applications send to admissions@hamk.fi might take relatively long time to get responded. We are sorry for this inconveniency and do our best to respond as soon as possible!
Problems receiving invitation
We send exam invitation to the applicants via email and text message. However, there have been a few issues:
Sometimes the invitation email goes to the spam box.
Email addresses which are ending with @yahoo.com don’t receive our invitations.
If your application has a phone number without the country code, you will not be receiving the text message we send.
In case of yahoo address, please send an email to admissions@hamk.fi.
Sometimes there are also documents missing from the application or they need clarification. If that happens, the admissions@hamk.fi will send an email to the email address provided in the application to ask for more details. Please, check your inbox and spam in case of those.
