Studying at HAMK is a transformative experience, offering diverse projects and activities that enhance my professional qualifications. Participating in projects like the Service Design course, which I didn’t even know what is and which initially seemed unrelated to my Construction Engineering degree, has surprisingly honed my skills in project work, design thinking, and client orientation.

The most interesting yet challenging part of my studies has been group projects – combining minds with others to create something new is exciting, but navigating different team dynamics each time is a valuable learning curve. HAMK has not only strengthened my technical skills as a structural engineer but also equipped me with crucial soft skills, preparing me to tackle future career challenges with confidence.
