Create surveys with Forms – O365

To access Forms, log in via the login link on the front page of HAMK’s website. Forms is located in the upper left corner of the O365 waffle menu. With Forms, you can easily create surveys or questionnaires and analyse the responses you receive in Excel. You can choose a theme for your survey and email it, link it, or embed it on a page. If necessary, you can also generate a QR code for your survey to make it easier to share and open on mobile devices.

Forms is part of the Microsoft O365 service. Every included Microsoft suite service is available in the waffle menu. Note the Login Guide above the login field.
