The helpline is available on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Any disruptions in the availability of the helpline will be announced in the Palvelukatkot // Service Breaks group on Yammer. During service interruptions, you can submit a ticket (category IT Services) on the ServiceDesk service.
