Usernames

You can provide your username in two different ways. It can be just the username or username@student.hamk.fi. Whichever you use, your password will always be the same. 

The name change affects the first and last name of the username, as well as the primary e-mail address (format firstname.lastname@(student.)hamk.fi. The previous primary e-mail address becomes secondary and remains available.

The devices and services are still logged in despite the name change, as before, the username itself does not change.
