Using the thesis template in Word
The thesis template itself contains the instructions for using the template. You should write your thesis without any formatting and make the necessary formatting edits only after you have finished. If you open an existing document in Word Online, it will discard the formatting used in the template. We recommend that you write your text, copy it as plain text, and paste it to the template. Format the titles, picture and table styles, automatic table of contents, and attachments and source data entries in the manner described in the Word template.
