Student Accommodation in Mustiala

Mustiala campus is enjoyable and historic environment to study. Students will be staying in a dormitory with other Mustiala students and exchange students from all over the world.

Usually all foreign students and teachers live at Mustiala since it is convenient way of living here. It is also low-priced option to rent an apartment in this region. Foreign students do not have to pay a security deposit for housing in Mustiala, as it is often for example in the private market. Accommodation should be agreed in advance.

Living in Mustiala

Foreign students pay €140/month for accommodation in a double-room and 250€/month in a single room. Students can bring their own linen or rent linen from HAMK Mustiala for 10€/set. Electricity, internet connection and water are included in the rent. Bathing in the sauna and laundry are also free of charge.

In the dormitories there are double and single rooms. Kitchen, living room and bathroom facilities are in common use.

The own rooms are furnished with bed (included mattress, pillow and blanket) and table. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes and cleaning equipment. In the living room there is dining table, sofa and TV set and internet connection.

Laundry room is near the apartments.

Students are responsible for keeping the dormitory rooms clean.

In Mustiala campus there is a sauna near the lake. During the winter time there is also opportunity for winter swimming.
