The 19th most sustainable university in the world
We were ranked 19th out of more than a thousand participants in the international GreenMetric ranking, which measures the sustainability of higher education institutions and their operating environment.
Excellent education and quality system
In our most recent audit (2022), HAMK performed very well in the audit: The areas of education and quality management were both evaluated to be at the level “excellent”. Research, development and innovation activities (RDI) and societal engagement were evaluated as “good”.
We bring added value to our region
In our stakeholder survey (2023), HAMK’s stakeholders most often described HAMK’s activities as developing (81%), working life-oriented (79%) and inspiring (74%).
