Intense changes in the operating environment, combined with skills shortages and skills gaps in working life, require universities of applied sciences to continuously innovate and take a more integrated approach to responding to the needs of working life and students.

The emphasis on continuous learning also invites us to be brave in creating innovative approaches that seamlessly combine research, development and innovation with learning.  The RDI+L project explores new solutions for the integration of RDI activities and learning at universities of applied sciences. The project will provide a national picture of the integration of RDI practices and learning. It will also identify how RDI is reflected in the work of personnel and what elements and practices facilitate and hinder the integration of RDI activities and teaching/learning.

Target groups

UAS personnel, supervisors and management.
