About me
I am a principal research scientist at the HAMK Edu Research Unit, and an adjunct professor (the title of the docent) in adult education. I am engaged in research and development of working life, and interested in vocational education and professional teacher education. I am also enthusiastic about different research methods and their development and use in learning research in education and work. I have a long experience in supervising master and doctoral students.
