Research infrastructures at HAMK

Our aim is to create a framework for research infrastructures where applied research, education and innovation can meet and develop working life.

By research infrastructures, we mean the facilities, equipment, hardware, networks, databases, data and services that enable research and development, foster collaborative research and strengthen research and innovation capacities and competences.

Our research infrastructure policy implements HAMK’s strategy 2030 and HAMK’s Research Action Plan, which are integral parts of our high-quality, high-impact, internationally and nationally attractive research and innovation environment.

Measures and development

We have made Häme University of Applied Sciences’ research infrastructure policy part of the university’s strategic goals. We regularly evaluate the infrastructures and update them as necessary. Information on the infrastructures will be available in the research.fi website and RUN European University Research Portal.

We will support the achievement of the objectives of the infrastructures policy at research unit level in a long-term, systematic and accountable manner.
