About me
I work in HAMK Digital Services as a 24/7 Learning Designer in the Learning Design (LeaD) team. At the core of my role is the development of learning: I support, coach, and train staff in digital pedagogy, while designing pedagogically sound and effective digital learning environments. I also lead HAMK’s network of digital pedagogy developers (LeaD+) and serve as a digital pedagogy mentor.
My background is in teaching and student guidance. I have previously worked as a lecturer and study counselor in business admistration, with a particular focus on online degree students. Over the years, I have contributed to the development of several digital learning initiatives at HAMK, including student digital starter kit, multiple online degree programes, and flexible, innovative digital pedagogical implementations.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and have completed the qualifications of a vocational teacher and a study counselor. In my work, I combine pedagogical expertise, digital development, and an inspiring coaching approach.
