About me
I work as a Project Coordinator at the intersection of international project activities, student collaboration, and human-centred facilitation. My role combines strategic coordination, hands-on implementation, and a genuine interest in enabling meaningful collaboration between people.
My main focus is in the RUN-EU alliance, a network of ten European higher education institutions working together across institutional and national boundaries. I coordinate activities related in particular to student engagement, innovation education, and community-based learning. This includes the coordination of the Future Innovators Labs (FILS) activities, which bring together students from partner institutions to address real-world challenges through collaborative innovation. In practice, this takes place for example through the INNOTHON innovation event, facilitated in collaboration with external partners and experts.
My areas of expertise include international higher education collaboration, innovation pedagogy, and empathy-based leadership. I have extensive experience in designing and facilitating workshops and learning experiences for diverse, multinational groups, both students and professionals – across Europe. My approach is grounded in a strong belief that meaningful collaboration begins with psychological safety, trust, and genuine human connection.
Alongside my coordination work, I am completing a Master’s degree (UAS), and my thesis focuses on systemic barriers and hidden dynamics in international student innovation collaboration.
Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss or collaborate on
RUN-EU alliance cooperation and student collaboration initiatives, innovation facilitation and workshop design, or topics related to empathy and human-centred approaches in education and leadership.
