Admission Results for 2026 International Professional Teacher Education
The student selection results for International Professional Teacher Education for 2026 have been published. HAMK warmly congratulates all newly admitted students!
The application round for professional teacher education programmes was held 7.-21.1.2026 and the student selection results for the International Professional Teacher Education have been published today on 26 March 2026. 20 new students were selected for the programme in English, and 350 students were selected for the programme in Finnish. HAMK congratulates new students on being offered a study place!
Applicants have been informed of the results by email. The results are also available in the Oma Opintopolku (My Studyinfo) service. Selected students must accept their study place by 7 April 2026. Studies for new students will begin in May or August.
Applicants who were not offered a study place at this moment are places on the waiting list automatically. Any study places that become available due to cancellations will be offered to applicants on the waiting list during the spring.
The next application period for the professional teacher education programmes is held 7-21 January 2027.

Admission score thresholds
The student selection was based on the scoring of the application according to the admission criteria. In the table below, you can see the lowest accepted scores required for admission by each admission group.
