We help education providers, employment services, businesses, and other regional development actors better identify future skills needs by leveraging AI-based methods and tools.
HHäme University of Applied Sciences is responsible for the development and coordination of two work packages.
In Work Package 1, we are developing a modular, AI-based training concept for foresight skills that utilizes artificial intelligence and meets the needs of the target groups. In this training concept, AI is utilized as part of the foresight process and foresight methods, taking responsibility considerations into account.
In Work Package 2, we will develop AI-powered tools and foresight operating models:
1. for future-oriented work and the forecasting of competency needs,
2. for utilizing foresight information in analyzing the operating environment, scenario planning, producing competency profiles, and assessing competency needs; and
3. for planning training and other competency development activities, as well as to support research and development activities.
