Essi Lavonius-Ylönen

I work as a Lecturer in Business Information Technology and Computer Applications at HAMK. I teach software development, web technologies, and application development, covering topics from object-oriented programming and databases to mobile and cross-platform development. My goal is to combine theory with hands-on practice and help students build strong skills that meet the needs of today’s software development industry. Before moving into teaching, I worked at HAMK for many years in the fields of web services, knowledge management, and digital development.
