About me

I serve as Principal Research Scientist (tutkijayliopettaja in Finnish) and Lead of International Education Innovations, specialising in applied research and development at the intersection of education, organisational transformation, and societal impact. My work focuses on designing and scaling research-based solutions for strategic learning and development, curriculum innovation, and digital and AI-enhanced education. I lead international initiatives in education reform and capacity building, collaborating with partners across Europe, Latin America and Asia.

My research takes an interdisciplinary approach to advance sustainable and inclusive transitions. In my RDI activities, I integrate dialogical co-creation methodologies with technological innovations. Beyond my institutional responsibilities, I contribute to the development of the European vocational and higher education landscape through trusted positions and membership on expert and advisory boards.
