About me

I work as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the HAMK Edu Research Unit, contributing to research and development projects related to wellbeing, learning, and sustainable working life.

My research focuses on the connections between learning and wellbeing, as well as evidence-based approaches to supporting the wellbeing of students and employees.

I hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Education), a Master of Education, a Master of Health Sciences, and a degree in Occupational Therapy. My research has particularly focused on the effectiveness of curriculum-integrated interventions and on promoting study ability and wellbeing among higher education students.

A special area of interest in my work is psychological flexibility and its role in supporting wellbeing in learning and work communities.
