I work as a Principal research scientist in guidance and career counselling at the HAMK Edu Research Unit. I am involved in development and research projects in guidance and counselling, and I lead the Lifelong Guidance research group. In addition, I teach in Professional guidance study counsellor education programme

My strongest areas of expertise include the contents, theories, and methods of guidance and career counselling, as well as the interdisciplinary guidance and collaboration.
