Simona Chilba

I have a long industry experience in finance, logistics, supply chains and exports. Have been working mostly in international environments. My educational background is also extended to almost 10 years.

My areas of expertise are in Finance and Sustainability. At the International Business degree programme, for Bachelor level, am teaching Accounting, Management Accounting, and Supply Chain Management, but also other courses related to sustainability, such as Corporate Social Responsibility. Have also been teaching previously Financial Analysis, Sustainability, and Circular Economy. In our Master programme of Management in Sustainable Business, am teaching Sustainable Finance, Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility, and Sustainable Reporting and Financial Performance. I collaborate with partner universities across Europe but also outside Europe, and am involved in the RUN-EU partnership development. Am part of several BIPs, focused on CSR and Business Sustainability, but also in projects related to European Union, Design based Education, Simulation Games, VR technologies and Green Taxation. I supervise thesis at Bachelor and Master level in my areas of expertise.
Am also a PhD student and developing further my expertise both in finance and sustainability. I do research in the field of sustainability, circular economy and education.
