HAMK’s Alum of the Year recognition is awarded annually to a person who has graduated from HAMK and made a positive contribution to society, the region, or working life. Nominations for the 2025 award are open until 18 November 2025.
You can easily submit your nomination using the online form. If you wish, you may submit your suggestion anonymously.
What It’s All About
HAMK has awarded the Alum of the Year since 2019.
Previous recipients include engineer Elina Lämsä, nurse Pirjo Ali-Tuomola, entrepreneur Turo Nylund, CEO Karri Koskelo, organic farmer Tommi Hasu, and electric mobility expert Vesa Linja-aho.
