Basic field information

Area: 1.4 hectares
Soil type: rich clay loam (rmHeS)

The field is consistent with its soil type, partly steep and borders Riuskanoja on its eastern edge. The block is shaded by a tall spruce hedge on its western edge.

16.6.2022 A mixture of lion wheat and Matty oat, where oat is dominant. A nice-looking crop. Quite dense. Some weed pressure, but not too bad. The clover and trefoil sown underneath have already started to grow. The crop might be a bit too dense considering the grass seed.
