We develop use of artificial intelligence in social services
The AI TEKO! project strengthens social services professionals’ readiness to use generative AI in client work, management, and development. In this way, work processes can be streamlined, wellbeing at work improved, and the ethically sustainable use of AI supported.
Potential of artificial intelligence to lighten the work-load on the social sector
Workplaces in the social sector are struggling with workforce shortages, organisational restructuring, cost pressure and increasing demands of digitalisation. Generative AI can lighten the workload and improve productivity, well-being at work, and leadership. While digitalization—especially generative AI—offers opportunities to improve productivity and well-being, most initiatives have focused on healthcare, leaving social services behind. There is a great need for targeted, practical support.
Artificial intelligence as an everyday tool in the social sector
The project will accelerate the safe, ethical and appropriate deployment of generative AI in the social sector. The aim is to develop models that allow organisations to learn how to utilise artificial intelligence to support their own work, improve the work flow and well-being of their personnel.
Streamlining work, strengthening competencies and improving well-being at work
The project aims to increase productivity and well-being at work in the social sector by strengthening the artificial intelligence skills of management and personnel. The objectives include:
- Increasing competence in the use of generative AI.
- Lightening routine tasks and streamlining work processes.
- Instilling ethical and secure practices.
- Creating permanent and scalable operating models.
Training, trials and tools for introducing AI at social work
As a result of the project, we are creating operating models and concrete materials:
