Visual journal browsing with BrowZine
BrowZine, our new magazine service, brings the library’s e-journal collection within your reach in a whole new way: you can browse our journal selection by their covers, much like you would when visiting the library. In addition to the visual interface, BrowZine offers all the additional e-journal services you have grown accustomed to.
In Browzine you can:
- Browse and search journals by topic
- Search journals by name or ISSN
- Examine journal table of contents
- Collect your favorite journals and articles on your own bookshelf
- Subscribe to notifications of new journal articles
- Save and upload articles on DropBox, Zotero, and more.
You can access BrowZine using either a browser or a free app that you can download from an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play). In the mobile app, choose HAMK as your library and you will find our journal collection.
BrowZine works without logging in. When you want to read or download an article, you will be guided to log in with your HAMK credentials.
The use of personalized services requires registration. You can use the email address you want to register. Please note that the information you provide to BrowZine is stored on servers in the United States. By registering, you agree to BrowZine privacy policy.
