I lead the HAMK Tech Research Unit, where we develop intelligent technology solutions and sustainable innovations for the needs of society and working life. We also renew our education to meet the needs of the future world of work. Our unit combines applied research, company collaboration, data analytics, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and laboratory and development environments.
I have over 20 years of experience in technology companies, leadership, and the development of research activities. In my work, I am particularly interested in how research-based knowledge, new technologies, and the practical needs of our partners can be combined into solutions that create real value.
