Telle Hailikari

I work as a Principal Research Scientist in the Unit for Research and Development of Higher Education Pedagogy (HEPeda) at HAMK. I am part of the PedaWell research group, where we study learning, teaching, and well-being, as well as their interconnections, particularly in the context of higher education. I teach higher education pedagogy for higher education teachers and staff and engage in various pedagogical development activities both nationally and internationally. I am responsible for the pedagogical development of the RUN-EU European University. I am a Doctor of Education (2010) and an Adjunct Professor in University pedagogy (title of docent) at the University of Helsinki.
