HAMK library’s services starting from Jan 8, 2024

HAMK library’s customer service is available on all seven campuses starting from Jan 8, 2024. The customer service hours at Hämeenlinna University Centre library are Mon-Thu from 9 am to 3 pm and Fri from 10 am to 3 pm. The staff is present one day a week at each of the other campus libraries. Phone service +358 3 646 4700 is open when the Hämeenlinna campus library customer service is open. Libraries’ service hours

Customer service hours at Hämeenlinna library are Mon-Thu from 9 am to 3 pm and Fri from 10 am to 3 pm. The library doors are open from 8 am to 4 pm, when everyone can use the library on self-service before and after customer service hours.

The staff is present at the campus libraries of Evo, Forssa, Lepaa, Mustiala, Riihimäki and Valkeakoski once a week. Reservations will be transported to each library on the customer service day. The days and service hours are:

Exceptions are possible, so please check accurate service hours on HAMK Finna. The libraries are on self-service for HAMK students and staff outside of the service hours.

Services for customers who are not HAMK students or staff, are mainly in Hämeenlinna University Centre library. You can reserve books from any campus by sending us an email at hamk.kirjasto@hamk.fi.

In every library except the Hämeenlinna campus library you can ask for help via video advice device Libgo Mon-Thu from 9 am to 3 pm and Fri 10 am to 3 pm. When you touch the button on the library’s info screen, the library staff will connect to the Libgo.
