We help logistics companies make more effective use of their data and implement new AI solutions. Our goal is to streamline transportation, improve services, and strengthen companies’ competitiveness.
Logistics companies constantly generate valuable data on shipments, vehicles, and operational efficiency. However, this data is often scattered across different systems, and companies do not always have enough time, expertise, or tools to make the most of it. In the LAITOS project, we help companies identify how their own logistics data can be utilized, for example, in optimizing shipments, improving fleet efficiency, and planning operations.
We develope a common data model for the logistics sector that facilitates system integration and data utilization. We analyze companies’ transport and vehicle data and, based on these analyses, implement AI- and analytics-based solutions to support operational development. Companies gain access to concrete digital tools and expert support, enabling them to adopt new solutions without requiring significant in-house development resources.
Target group
The project’s primary target group consists of SMEs in the logistics sector based in Kanta-Häme.
Operating area
The project’s activities are focused on the Kanta-Häme region, but the tools developed as part of the project will also be made generally available for use by all logistics companies.
