Senior Lecturer and Teacher Trainer with strong expertise in vocational education, pedagogy, and international education development. I have extensive experience in vocational teaching, teacher education, and the design and delivery of professional development programmes for educators and educational organisations.
My areas of expertise include competence-based and work-life-oriented education, inclusive pedagogy, curriculum development, assessment, dialogical and interactive learning approaches, digital pedagogy, sustainability education, future foresight, wellbeing in learning, and positive pedagogy as well as skills competitions. I also have extensive experience in developing pedagogical practices and supporting educational reform processes.
I have contributed to several international education and TVET development projects in Africa and South America, working together with teachers, educational institutions, ministries, and other stakeholders. My work focuses particularly on curriculum development, teacher capacity building, sustainability integration, and strengthening the relevance of education in rapidly changing societies and working life contexts.
I am especially inspired by collaborative development work where education is built together to support inclusive, sustainable, and future-oriented learning.
